Creating An Invoice

Here you will learn how to create an invoice to send to a customer

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Go to the job page of the order for which you're looking to generate an invoice and click the Invoice drop down at the top right of the window

    1. To print an invoice, select the "Print Invoice" option

    2. To download a PDF Invoice select the “Download PDF Invoice” option

    3. To email an invoice to the customer select the "Email Receipt/Invoice" option.
      Alternately, you can scroll to the bottom of the job’s page and use the Resend Receipt / Invoice To option and enter the email to which you'd like to send a copy of the invoice.

 

Customers automatically get an email receipt when an order is placed.
