Cut-Off & Turnaround Explained
 Turnaround & Estimated Completion Dates Can be removed from your store by changing the setting in your admin.
Go to settings
Click Production Related
Set Enable Print Turnaround, Yes means Turnaround is Displayed, No Means it is not.Â

The Cut-Off Time is the time that the customer must place their order before for that that day to count.
Extended Cut-Off Time is a later time that can be selected when the first cut-off is missed for an additional fee, extending the window for the customer to place the order.
Production Time is when the clock begins for the turnaround.
Turnaround Time is the number of hours it will take for the product to be completed, either available for pick-up or shipping out.Â
Here is an example:Â
18:00:00 –  6pm Cut-Off
20:00:00 –  8pm Ext Cut-off
22:00:00 – 10pm Production
3-5 Business Days Turnaround would be set to 93 hours and a complete/due time would be 7pm on 4th business day.Â
5 Business Days Turnaround would be set to 117 hours and a complete/due time would be 7pm on 5th business day.Â
3 Business Days Turnaround would be set to 69 hours and a complete/due time would be 7pm on 3rd business day.Â
The date given will correlate with the days you set for being open, the system will never give a complete date for day you are closed.Â

Remember to adjust turnaround time to compensate for your own store hours.
