Manage Sales Rep Profile

Here you will learn how to manage the sales rep profile in the administration panel.

Step-by-step guide

1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

2. Click Sales Rep Profiles" on the left panel

3. Select "Edit"

4. This will bring up the Sales Rep profiles. Select the Sales Rep you wish to edit from the drop down menu.

  • Profile Images can be uploaded to appear on the Sale Rep's profile. Recommended image size is 152 pixels x 123 pixels

  • Privacy Sections allows you to decide what options appear under a rep's profile. Select the green Enable button to enable or the red Disable button to disable.

  • Below that is the optional Q&A segment. This allows you to set up questions for the rep to answer which will display under the profile. By default these are in basic text. Select the Advanced HTML link at the top to use more complex fonts and other HTML options.

      5. When done select Save Profile to finish adjustments.
