Here you will learn how to add and configure shipping providers
Step-by-step guide
Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
Click "Shipping" on the left hand navigation
In the "Shipment Provider & Options" section, select the provider option you would like to edit from the dropdown menu. Here you can set the following options
Option Name: The method of shipment. (i.e: Local Delivery, UPS Ground, etc.)
Floor Percentage Markup: The maximum percentage markup for the lowest weight
Dollar Percentage Markup: The maximum dollar markup for the lowest weight
Floor Weight: The lowest weight
Ceiling Percentage Markup: The Minimum percentage markup for the highest weight
Dollar Percentage Markup: The minimum dollar markup for the highest weight
Ceiling Weight: The highest weight.
Live Update: Instructs the system to fetch rate in real time from providers like UPS or Fed-Ex. Do not use for other providers
Tracking Number Required: Will not set a job to “In Production - Ready” unless a tracking number is included.
Rank: The order in which numbers are displayed
Disabled: Shows if shipping option is available/disabled
Postal Codes: Allows you to set postal code for shipping option. (NOT REQUIRED.)
Make sure to triple check all options! A single typo can have disastrous effects on shipping costs.
