Here you will learn how to activate & enable the corporate portal from a Hub perspective.
Step-by-step guide
- Enable the corporate portal on the Hub and Storefronts you want it displayed on
- Admin > Main Menu > Settings > Artwork / File Related > Enable Corporate Portal > Canvas Base > Save
Use the yellow storefront control area to login to a storefront underneath the admin.hubwebsite.com hub to enable the corporate portal on the specific site.
- Admin > Main Menu > Settings > Artwork / File Related > Enable Corporate Portal > Canvas Base > Save
- Temporarily while you are performing the setup of the corporate portal, enable the ACL role on storefronts for the Apps
- User Roles / ACL > Roles > Administrators > Applications, then click on hub only under each setting and change it to hubs and storefronts.
- Go here on the storefront admin.storefrontname.com/applications/browse.html
- Enable the Corporate Portal
- Request licenses
- Issue the licenses here on the hub admin.hubwebsite.com/applications/licenses.html
- Login to the storefront of the website you wish to enable the corporate portal on, then go to http://store.storefrontname.com/app/index.html. (You must be in an organization)
- Issue the licenses in the administration section of the website admin.website.com/applications/licenses.html
- The cost for portal Hub licenses are set by the software company.
- The cost for portal Storefront licenses are set by the Hub.
- The cost for end user (client) licenses are set by the Storefront.
