Here you will learn how to search for an existing order

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
  2. The easiest way to search if you already have the order number is to go the Search panel at the top and enter the order number there. Please include the whole number
    1. A faster way to search is to use a wildcard search. What this does is search only for the job number. To find this type an astericks ( * ) and then enter only the four letters of the job you're looking for. For example 12012013.ABCD-01 would be *ABCD and you will find all orders with the code ABCD (including older orders that happened to get the same four-letter code.)
  3. You can also search by customer name or company to find a customer's account and then click on the order within their account.

Order names are made up of the following three parts: Date Order Was Placed, Identifying Code, Number of Items in order. Thus 09202016.ZXFD-03 would be the date (09-20-2016) the Identifying Code (ZXFD) and it is the third item ordered for order ZXFD.
