Corporate Portals

AutoPrint Software offers a Corporate Portals feature which allows the setup of unique portals, or small customized storefronts for specific customers or customer groups to order brand-controlled or specified products. Corporate Portals are ideal for situations like a bank customer who has specific branded materials from which branches can order the approved materials and make minor, non-brand related text updates to standard layouts like business cards, brochures, etc..

Corporate Portals can be created by customers, storefront owners, and hubs (that manage storefronts). Before Corporate Portals can be created, the feature has to be enabled.

To enable corporate portals follow the appropriate Activate & Enable the Corporate Portals feature article below based on your situation, then follow steps in the Creating and Managing Corporate Portals article to set up, launch, and manage licensed portals.

 

Corporate portals can only be managed from a client, or customer’s storefront perspective.
