Troubleshooting Checklist

This page will be used to build a simple, yet concise list of troubleshooting steps AutoPrint support providers can utilize in resolving the most common issues encountered. The idea is reseller support providers will be encouraged and trained to visit this page prior to reaching out for support to AutoPrint staff.


Before Anything Else

Check the Knowledge Base

  1. Log into your admin

  2. Click on help icon at bottom right of screen

  3. Type what you are having trouble with. (e.g. If you need help with DNS try typing "dns").

Search Storefront Settings

  1. Log into your admin

  2. Click Main Menu > Settings > Settings Categories

  3. Type words that describe what you are trying to figure out (e.g. try “email” for an email related setting).
