The ARM is a private area for us to maintain a relationship with you. It is what we use to manage new members like yourself, is what you used to sign up to join our program and is what sent you this email that you are reading. Think of the ARM as a control panel for the ASM. It offers very basic functionality and is not something your customers will ever know about.
