Step-by-step guide
- Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
- Click "Reports" on the left hand navigation
- Select "Pre-Production Report"
- Select the Report you want to run and adjust the date range if you feel the need.
- Trade Network - Push jobs to another company
- Gangrun Report - Review jobs that are ready to print
- Printing Spreadsheet - Export jobs that are pre-flighted and in the Pre-Press status to a CVS file for sending to another vendor
- Imposition - Export jobs that are pre-flighted and in the Pre-Press status to a XML file for use in imposition software
Pre-Production Reports are generally only used by production staff. You may want to lock CSR or sale repss off entirely from viewing this to avoid confusion.
