Trade Network (Push to Trade Company)

1. On the left navigation click on Main Menu > Settings

2. At the top of the page click on Trade Printing

3. On the next screen click on Edit API Credentials, add your credentials and then save

   
   

1. On the left navigation click on Reports > Pre-Production Reports

2. Select Trade Network

3. Click Run Report

When viewing the report you can filter jobs by different criteria.

Please note, jobs must be set to the Pre-Press Status and they must have been pre-flighted using the Pre-Flight Tool in order for them to display

1. Check the box next to the order you wish to push

2. Select 4over from the drop down of vendors

3. Select the product that is the best match for what was ordered

4. Select the options best correlating with what you client order. 

5. Scroll down and click Calculate cost

   This will pull the price for the product from 4over in real time.

1. Select the shipping method of how you would like you job delivered, if the client has selected to have the item shipped you will be given the choice to ship directly to the customer or back to your location.

2. Select the facility you would like you job produced, please note you will not always have a choice. 

3. Click Push Job, this send you jobs directly into 4over production. Please note you will not get a proof from 4over and there is no take back.
