For corporate portals are you able to set just the members at Net 30 ? Or does the contact you setup the portal under have to be net 30 in order for the members to be?
And on the other hand, if the contact you setup the portal under is Net 30 does that mean that all members are required to be Net 30 or can they be prepay?

When setting up an organization, the storefront owner has the ability to determine the payment terms for the organization and its members.
Only a storefront admin can set the terms for an organization by logging in as the organization owner, and its the terms set will apply for the entire organization not just an individual member. (edited)

Right I know that SF admins can do this. My questions was more geared towards the members being set net 30 be default if the org. owner/contact is on net 30. And so if im understanding correctly - the answer is yes

when they are using the organization it uses whatever the organization terms are set to for every client.
