Add New Organization

Here you will learn how to add a new organization while logged in as a contact.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to as a contact store.yourwebsiteaddress.com/home/dashboard.html

  2. Click "Organizations" on the dashboard navigation

  3. Click "Create New Organization"

  4. Enter your organization information

  5. Click "Create and Continue" at bottom of page

  6. Once you create your organization you will notice you are the first member of your organization.

  7. It's not required but you will be able to invite other team mates to your organization.

  8. If you do decide to invite other members to your organization you may want to adjust what permissions you allow prior to inviting them by changing the Global Role Permissions (Default).

    1. The Global Role Permissions (Default) can be overrode by editing a member directly and then updating their specific privileges.



Creating an organization allows you to use your same contact account to place orders for multiple different organization you belong to. Once you invite other members to your organization they will be able to place orders, pay invoices, upload artwork, and perform various other actions on behalf of the organization. You can also control what permissions other members of the organization can perform.
