Step-by-step guide
- Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
- Click "Contacts" on the left hand navigation
- This will show a list of contacts including the contact's Name, Email Address, Number of Orders, Credit, Rep, Pricing Tier and the Type of customer, as well as a Login button to allow direct login as customer.
- You can click on the customer's Name to access their account
- You can click on the customer's Email to instantly send an email.
- The Gear icon allows you to edit the customer's information
- The red X icon allows you to delete an account
- The Disable button allows an account to be disabled temporarily.
