Here you will learn how to run a report.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
  2. Click "Reports" on the left hand navigation
  3. Select the Report you wish to run.
    • General Reports - Lets you see a various breakdown of general custom data, including The best-selling items, orders per day or per hour, a map of order locations, and orders by IP address.
    • Sample Reports - Lets you see a breakdown of sample packs requested and sent out to customers,
    • Contact Report - Lets you see a breakdown of customer log-ins, activities, leads, abandoned carts and other features.
    • Pre Production - Lets you generate an imposition report as well as check out quotes, the trade network, Gangrun reports and other features
    • Production Report - Lets you generate In-Production, Design and Layout reports
    • Post-Production Reports - Lets you generate a shipping report.
    • Sales Reports - Lets you generate a Daily performance report, site activity report,  paid or unpaid report, and sales rep reports. 
    • Coupon Reports - Lets you generate a report on coupon activity.


Note that Reports are tied to role permissions. Not all roles can see all reports.
