Creating User Subscriptions On Stripe

Below are the various use cases as well as instructions:

1. Charge Users 1st month full amount

   1. User has a card setup

   2. User has no card setup and will be invoiced the full first month

2. Charge Users 1st month prorated amount

   1. User has a card setup

   2. User has no card setup and will be invoiced the full first month

3. Do not charge users for the first month

   1. Should start the billing date on the 31st and create the subscription

4. Cancel process on the first step after clicking the button, should not do anything
