Absolutely, but you must use our name servers since the software relies on being able to automatically update dns records for things like internal email verification, updating of load balancers, etc
- Login to your domain account wherever your domain is registered with i.e. Godaddy, enom, 1and1
- Go into the domain management tools for your specific domain and edit the Nameservers
- Set the Nameservers for your website’s domain name. These will be sent by us in a configuration email when you sign up and also available at any time via your dns management control panel.
Here is an example of what the nameservers will look like in the configuration email upon sign up.
NS-XXX.AWSDNS-XX.NET
NS-XXX.AWSDNS-XX.COM
NS-XXX.AWSDNS-XX.ORG
NS-XXX.AWSDNS-XX.CO.UK - Save the settings. Your domain should now be configured for your website.
Note that it may take a while to populate over the internet. If after 24 hours there is no change, you can request help by contacting us.
