Here you will learn how to manage your DNS via the website administration panel.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "Main Menu" > "Settings" on the left hand navigation

  3. In the Manage Storefront Settings section click on the tab labeled "Storefront Control", and then in the Storefront Control Area lookup and select the URL for the site you want to control

  4. After the settings reload with the selected site name visible in the Storefront Control Area text box, open the dns manager by clicking on the "Tools" button and then click on "Domain Name Service (Route53)”

  5. At this point the dns manager should be displayed in a popover window
    NOTE: It may be necessary to scroll up or down in the Value(s) area to see records beyond the three that are immediately visible.

  6. Supported Record Types

    1. A

    2. CNAME

    3. MX

    4. AAAA

    5. TXT

    6. PTR

    7. SRV

    8. SPF

    9. NAPTR

    10. NS

  7. Once a record is edited or a new record is added you can click the save button or the save all button to commit your changes

Please note that the @ symbol should never be used for the name column. Replace @ with an empty space.

Note

The Repair DNS Records button is intended as a last resort. Clicking that button will reset your dns zone back to the factory default settings. All custom records will be removed!
