Step-by-step guide
The default background images are around 145px x 145px if you would like to fit in that area or if you want to create a graphic for the whole box the image size is around 320px x 145px.
Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
Click "Storefront CMS" then "CMS Features" on the left hand navigation
Click "Theme Settings"
Go to the "Homepage Content" tab of the theme settings
Enter HTML code to override the homepage content blocks
Click Save/Update Layout
