Step Guide

1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

2. Click "Reports" on the left hand navigation

3. Select "

   Sample

   Samples Report"

4. Select the Report you want to run and adjust the date range

   if you feel the need

   as needed.
   
   

• Index - Each report below is a shortcut to the current month’s data represented by the report (date range can be changed after the report is loaded), whereas the index allows you to set a specific date range prior to selecting your Samples report type.

• Requested Pending -  Shows all Sample Requests that have not yet been fulfilled. From here you can see a full list of sample requests and also set them to sent.

• Requested Sent - Shows all Sample Requests that have been marked Sent.

• Requested Both - Shows both of the above.

• Sample Pack Follow Up - Shows customers who need a Sample Pack follow up.

• Sample Pack Stats - Shows detailed statistics on Sample Packs including average number of requests and the percent of sample packs that converted into orders.
