Login to your admin.yourwebsite.com
Click CATALOG in the left hand navigation menu
Click Set Tier Suggested Percents in the sub-menu at the top of the page
On this page an additional tier Label , identifier, or helper label can be added by typing the desired label info into the Label column and pressing the SAVE button.
