This is an advanced feature that is only available with a HUB license and should be used with extreme caution.

This tool, only available at the HUB license level, provides the ability to mass adjust (update or change) pricing across a single site or a set of sites. If your user account has permission to access the feature you’ll see a link on the main Catalog page to Mass Adjust Prices.

  1. Log into your admin.yourwebsite.com

  2. Click Catalog in the left menu

  3. Click the Mass Adjust Prices link in the top menu

  4. Once the page loads, you can select the site where you would like your changes to be implemented. In the screenshot below, note the first entry is the parent Hub and the two below are two storefronts under the hub.

  5. After selecting the storefront where you want your adjustments to be applied, you will be given the option to Autoset prices OR Manually set prices. See below for explanations and steps for each option.

Autoset Prices

This option will reset pricing to default suggested tiers provided by the system.

Manually Set Prices

This option will allow you to select various levels and products to which your mass pricing adjustments would be applied.

  1. After you select the Manually set prices button, and select the level at which you want your price adjustments to be applied, you will see a large variety of ways you can select from to adjust the pricing at your selected level.

  2. After you select the method you would like to use to adjust pricing, you will be provided with a list of all the pricing tiers. Select the tier or tiers to which you would like your adjustments to be applied.

  3. After selecting your tiers, a category list will appear where you can select product categories to which you would like to apply your price adjustment.
