Step Guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "Main Menu" > "Settings" on the left hand navigation

  3. Under Manage Storefront Settings click on the tab called "Storefront Control" and then select the site you want to control

  4. After the settings reload with the selected site name visible in the text box open the dns manager by clicking on the "Tools" button and then click on "Domain Name Service" (Route53)

  5. At this point the dns manager should be visible

  7. Once a record is edited or a new record is added you can click the save button or the save all button to commit your changes

The Repair DNS Records button is intended as a last resort. Clicking that button will reset your dns zone back to the factory default settings. All custom records will be removed!
