Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
Click "Main Menu"
Click "Settings"
- The box at the top that reads "Website Announcement Message for yourwebsiteaddress.com
- Click "Update Message" below that to create the message.
Select the Website Announcement tab in the Manage Storefront Settings section
Create the message and then click the Active checkbox located at the bottom of the page.
Select "Update Global Message."
To remove the message unclick Active.

This can be used for important messages, store closings, or other information relevant to the customers. Make sure not to leave a message up once its time has passed to avoid confusion! |
