Hub-Level Reporting and Analytics (Hub Only)

Hub-Level Reporting and Analytics (Hub Only)

Applies To: [ Hub ] [ Basic Hub ]

Overview

This article explains the Hub-level reporting capabilities available to Hub operators — cross-storefront reporting and analytics that give a consolidated view across the entire storefront network.

What Is Hub-Level Reporting?

Hub operators have access to reporting that spans all child storefronts in their network, in addition to their own Hub's data. This allows operators to:

  • Compare revenue and order volume across storefronts

  • Track aggregate performance of the entire network

  • Identify top-performing storefronts and products

Accessing Hub-Level Reports

  1. Log in to your Hub administration panel at admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com.

  2. In the left navigation, click Reports.

  3. Hub-level reports will show data for the Hub and all child storefronts. Use the Storefront filter to view data for a specific storefront or across all.

Cross-Storefront Filtering

Most reports available to Hub operators include a Storefront dropdown filter:

  1. Run any available report (General Report, Sales Sheet, etc.).

  2. In the filter area, locate the Storefront dropdown.

  3. Select All Storefronts for a consolidated view, or select a specific storefront to scope the report.

  4. Click Run Report.

Key Hub Reports

General Report (All Storefronts): Provides total revenue, order counts, and profit across the entire network for a selected date range.

Sales Sheet (All Storefronts): Line-item detail of all sales across all storefronts — useful for consolidated billing and profitability analysis.

Pre-Production and Post-Production Reports: Track jobs in progress and completed jobs network-wide, with storefront breakdown available.

Notes / Tips

  • Hub Only: Cross-storefront reporting is only available on Hub and Basic Hub licenses. Individual storefront admins see only their own data.

  • Child storefront operators do not have access to data from other storefronts — each sees only their own report data.

  • For profit analysis across the network, ensure vendor costs are entered for all products. See Vendor Pricing Configuration.
