Contact Reports — Fields, Filters, and Export

Overview

This article explains the Contact Reports available in the Software — what each report covers, how to run it, and how to interpret the results for managing customer relationships and activity.


Available Contact Reports

The following contact-focused reports are available under the Reports section of the admin panel:

  • Customer Statistics — contact growth and acquisition over time

  • Contact Login Report — tracks when contacts last logged in

  • Coupon Reports — coupon usage by contact

  • Contact Blaster / Campaign Reports — email campaign performance


Running a Contact Report

  1. Log in to your administration panel at admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com.

  2. In the left navigation, click Reports.

  3. Click Contact Reports.

  4. Select the specific report you want to run.

  5. Set the date range and apply any available filters.

  6. Click Run Report.


Customer Statistics Report — Fields Explained

The Customer Statistics Report shows contact growth over time, broken down by month or year.

The month or year being summarized.

New Leads

Contacts added with a Lead type during this period.

New Customers

Contacts converted to Customer type during this period.

Total Contacts

Cumulative total contacts at the end of the period.

Orders Placed

Number of orders placed by contacts in this period.

Contact Login Report — Fields Explained

The Contact Login Report helps you identify active and inactive customers.

Contact Name

The customer's name.

Email

The customer's email address.

Last Login

The most recent date the contact logged in to the storefront.

Login Count

Total number of logins recorded.

Registered Date

When the contact account was created.


Coupon Reports — Fields Explained

The Coupon Report shows how discount codes are being used.

Coupon Code

The discount code used.

Contact

The customer who used the code.

Order #

The order the coupon was applied to.

Discount Amount

The dollar amount discounted.

Date Used

When the coupon was applied.


Filtering and Exporting

Contact reports support filtering by date range and, where applicable, by contact type (Lead vs Customer) or specific contact.

To export any contact report as CSV:

  1. Run the report with your desired filters.

  2. Click Export or Download CSV.


Notes / Tips

  • The Customer Statistics Report is a quick way to benchmark contact growth month over month. Use it alongside the General Report to correlate customer growth with revenue trends.

  • The Contact Login Report is useful for identifying inactive customers to target with re-engagement campaigns. See Contact Blaster Groups for how to build targeted lists.

  • Coupon usage data helps evaluate the ROI of promotional campaigns.
