Your Account Dashboard

Overview
Once logged in, customers have access to their account dashboard — a central hub for viewing order history, managing saved files, updating personal information, and managing their address book.
Accessing Your Dashboard
Log in to your account at the storefront.
Click your name or My Account in the navigation.
The dashboard displays your recent activity and links to all account sections.
Dashboard Sections
Order History
A list of all orders you have placed on this storefront, sorted by most recent. Click any order number to view full order details, track status, and reorder. See Order Tracking and Status for more detail.
Saved Files
Files you have previously uploaded for orders are stored here for reuse. You can select a saved file when placing a new order instead of uploading again.
Address Book
Manage your shipping addresses. You can add multiple addresses and set a default for faster checkout. See Managing Your Address Book for more detail.
Saved Payment Methods
If the store supports saved payment methods, this section lets you view and manage your stored cards. See Managing Saved Payment Methods.
Account Settings
Update your name, email address, and password. See Account Registration and Login.
Notes / Tips
The sections visible in your dashboard depend on your account type and the features enabled on this storefront.
If you are accessing the storefront through a Corporate Portal, your dashboard may have additional sections specific to your organization.
