What Is the General Report?
The General Report provides a broad overview of your orders and revenue across a selected time period. It is the primary report for tracking overall business performance — total sales, order counts, and revenue by date range.

admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com.In the left navigation, click Reports.
Click General Report.
Set your desired date range using the Start Date and End Date fields.
Click Run Report.

Notes / Tips
Profit figures in the General Report are only accurate if vendor costs have been entered for the products. See Vendor Pricing Configuration.
For more granular sales analysis by product, use the Sales Reports. For customer activity, use the Contact Reports.
Very large date ranges may return large result sets. Consider narrowing the date range or filtering by status if the report is slow to load.
