Managing Child Storefronts from the Hub (Hub Only)

Overview

This article explains how Hub operators manage their child storefronts from within the Hub admin panel — viewing, configuring, and maintaining each storefront in the network.

Viewing Your Child Storefronts

  1. Log in to your Hub administration panel at admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com.

  2. In the left navigation, click Settings and then Storefronts (or navigate to the storefront management section).

  3. A list of all child storefronts under your Hub is displayed, showing the storefront name, domain, license type, and status.

Accessing a Child Storefront's Admin

From the Hub, you can access the admin panel of any child storefront:

  1. In the storefront list, locate the storefront you want to manage.

  2. Click the storefront name or the Admin link.

  3. You will be taken to that storefront's administration panel.

Configuring a Storefront's Settings

Each storefront has its own settings that can be configured independently of the Hub:

  1. Access the storefront's admin as described above.

  2. Navigate to Settings to configure the storefront's company information, website settings, payment methods, and shipping.

  3. Changes made here apply to that storefront only and do not affect the Hub or other storefronts.

Pushing Catalog Updates to a Storefront

To push catalog or pricing updates from the Hub to a Manual Push storefront:

  1. In the Hub admin, navigate to Catalog.

  2. Make the desired changes to products or pricing.

  3. Use the Copy to Storefront or Push action available on the product or category to send updates to selected storefronts.

Auto Push storefronts receive updates automatically when the Hub saves changes.

Activating and Deactivating Storefronts

If you need to temporarily disable a storefront:

  1. In the storefront list, locate the storefront.

  2. Click the settings or edit option for that storefront.

  3. Toggle the storefront's active status and save.

Notes / Tips

  • Hub Only: The ability to manage child storefronts is exclusive to Hub and Basic Hub licenses.

  • Changes made directly inside a child storefront's admin (such as pricing overrides) are independent and will not be overwritten by Hub pushes unless the Hub explicitly pushes to that field.

  • If a storefront's domain needs to be changed, this typically requires coordination with your Account Sales Manager (ASM).
