Mobile and Responsive Storefront Experience
Applies To: [ All Licenses ]
Overview
This article describes how the storefront is designed for use on mobile and tablet devices, and what customers can expect when ordering on a smaller screen.
Responsive Design
The storefront is built with a responsive layout that automatically adapts to the screen size of the device being used — whether that is a desktop, tablet, or smartphone. No separate mobile app is required.
Navigation on Mobile
On smaller screens, the main navigation collapses into a menu icon (often referred to as a hamburger menu). To access navigation:
Tap the menu icon at the top of the page.
The navigation menu expands to show all categories and links.
Tap a category to browse products.
Adding to Cart on Mobile
The product calculator and Add to Cart button are fully functional on mobile. To add an item:
Browse to a product and select your options.
Scroll down to find the Add to Cart button.
Tap it to add the item to your cart.
Uploading Artwork on Mobile
Artwork upload is supported on mobile. When prompted to upload a file:
Tap Choose File or Upload File.
Select a file from your device's photo library, files app, or cloud storage.
The file will upload normally.
Checkout on Mobile
The full checkout flow — address entry, shipping selection, payment, and order confirmation — is available on mobile. Forms are sized for touch input.
Notes / Tips
For the best experience when uploading high-resolution print files, a desktop or laptop is recommended due to file size and upload speed.
The Online Designer may have limited functionality on very small screens. For complex design work, using a desktop browser is recommended.
If you experience display issues on mobile, try using a different browser (Chrome or Safari are recommended) or contact the store.
