Overview

This article explains what a Corporate Portal is from the customer's perspective — how to access one, log in, and navigate the branded ordering experience it provides.

What Is a Corporate Portal?

A Corporate Portal is a private, branded ordering environment within a storefront. Organizations use portals to provide their employees or members with a curated product catalog, custom pricing, and a branded experience — all within the main storefront.

If your organization has set up a portal, you will access the storefront through a special portal login link rather than the public storefront homepage.

Accessing Your Portal

  1. Use the portal URL provided by your organization or the store (e.g. store.yourwebsiteaddress.com/portal/your-organization).

  2. Log in with your account credentials.

  3. You will see your organization's branded portal with the products and pricing available to you.

Navigating Your Portal

Once inside the portal, the experience is similar to the regular storefront:

  • Browse products assigned to your portal

  • Add items to your cart and check out

  • View your personal order history

Products displayed in the portal are controlled by your organization's administrator. You may see a different selection and pricing than the public storefront.

Notes / Tips

  • Full-tier only: Corporate Portals are available on Hub, Auto Push, and Manual Push licenses. They are not available on Basic tier licenses.

  • If you cannot access your portal or your login is not working, contact the store administrator.

  • Portal pricing may differ from the public storefront. The price shown in your portal is the price applicable to your account.
