Adding Organization Payment Terms & Credit Limit

Here you will learn how to add Payment Terms and a Credit Limit to an organization

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Navigate to "Contacts → Browse All"

  3. Search for the contact owner of the organization

  4. Login as the owner of the organization

  5. Go to the owner's profile page on the storefront

  6. Click the "Organizations" section icon

  7. Edit the organization that needs terms or a credit limit

  8. At the bottom you will see Payment Terms and the Credit Limit, here you can add or adjust the settings accordingly.

  9. Click "Save"

Adding terms and a credit limit to an organization will operate independently of the site terms and credit limits.  For organizations you will need to add unique terms and credit limits for it to work on the organization.
