Here you will learn how to set your production hours as well as the hours customer service are available to assist customers.
Step-by-Step Guide
Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
This function is located under Main Menu > Settings Categories > Order Processing > Production Related
Production Days- Follow the listed link- /settings/workdays.html This setting controls what days production will occur. This setting controls the estimated turnaround and due dates for jobs.
Make any adjustments to the hours you produce print work in the Work Days area and press save. Also as necessary adjust the days and hours you are open for Pickups and press the save button.
TIP: Temporarily adjust your hours for holidays etc. by visiting /settings/workdays.html in your admin the week of the holiday, edit your Production and Pick-up days values then save. Remember to come back and re-edit them back to normal hours after the holiday week.
