Here you will learn how to edit product boxes via your website administration panel.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "Products" on the left hand navigation

  3. Click "Manage / Cats/Products"

  4. Find the item category you wish to edit.

  5. Select "Edit Boxes" under "Products & Status"

  • Please note that all box weights and sizes that are manually entered will override the auto box/weight generation.

  • Find the quantity of the box you want to edit. Select a BOX SIZE and then enter a weight. Do this for every box. Please remember to make these as accurate as possible as they determine your shipping costs and you may end up over-paying or under-charging.


Make sure to keep any employees who do packing informed of your shipping standards. Incorrect packaging can throw this off,
